Refunds may be requested for course fees paid by students. Students will be offered a demonstration lecture (either recorded or live) and they can also request for ONE or TWO, but not more than that, live (FREE) lecture (s) to have an idea how we teach and how our teaching environment supports them to achieve their goals. Students can request for refund before the regular session is started properly. Once the session began, there will be no refund unless there is a problem from our side.

b. Technical Issues:

Refunds may be issued if a student experiences technical issues (from our side) that prevent them from accessing the course content or participating in the course. Technical issues must be reported to our support team for verification. The Institution is not responsible for any network problem or any other kind of technical issue of a student.

c. Course Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel a course or program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund to registered students.

To request a refund, you must:

Refund Process:

b. If the request is approved, we will process the refund within 6 business days using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

a. Course materials and resources that have been accessed or downloaded.
b. Any services that have already been rendered or consumed.
c. Membership or subscription fees for access to our platform (unless otherwise stated).
